How you find the right person
Start with a list of recommended providers near you, then narrow it down until it fits your pet, your dates and your budget.
Browse, or open the map
The home feed shows recommended providers and keeps loading as you scroll. Switch to the map to see clustered pins across your area — and every card tells you how many miles away they are.
Filter and sort until it fits
Search by name, or narrow the list by:
- ✓Pet type — dogs, cats, horses and more
- ✓Service category, from dog walking to boarding
- ✓Price range, so you only see what fits your budget
- ✓Radius, so nobody is further away than you want to travel
- ✓Rating, to see only well-reviewed providers
Then sort by Recommended, Nearest first, Price low to high, or Price high to low.

The Verified badge
A green Verified badge sits next to a provider’s name once our admin team has checked their photo ID — the tooltip reads “Identity verified by Kingston’s”. Providers can also add certifications, and those appear on the profile so you can see what they’re qualified for.
Reviews from real bookings
Star ratings and written reviews come from pet parents who actually completed a booking with that provider — nobody else can leave one. Read them before you request, and add your own afterwards.
From request to paid, in one flow
You see the full bill before you pay, and the payment stays in the app from start to finish.

Pick your dates and times
Choose a start and end date, and the times that suit you — an overnight stay, a week away, or a single walk.

Choose the pet, add a note
Pick which of your pets it's for and add a special note: their routine, their medication, where the spare key is.

Check the bill
The app shows the per-day rate multiplied by the total days, and the total you'll be charged, before you confirm.

Pay in the app
Pay through the native Stripe sheet with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Nothing to hand over at the door.
If something goes wrong
Use Report an issue on the booking and the payment is held while our team reviews what happened. You can also block or report any user from their profile or the chat.
