Setup happens once, inside the app. Here is every step, in the order the app asks for it.

Verify your ID
Upload a photo ID. A person on our admin team reviews it, usually in a day or two. Only they can see it — it is never shown on your public profile.

Add certifications
Optional, and only if you have them. Certifications do appear on your public profile, so customers can see what you're qualified for.

Set your working days
Choose the days you're open for bookings, with a from and to time for each one.

Add your first service
A cover photo and at least one gallery photo, the service name, pet type, category, your price and a description.

Your shop goes live
Pet owners nearby can find you, message you and request bookings — you manage all of it from your dashboard.

Connect Stripe and pick your plan
Link your bank through Stripe so customers can pay you, then take the Service Provider plan from the App Store or Google Play.
Once your ID passes review, a green Verified badge appears next to your name with the note “Identity verified by Kingston’s”. The document itself stays with the admin team.

The 13% fee applies to completed transactions. Figures are shown before taxes and before any refunds or payment adjustments.
Payouts start about 48 hours after the job
A booking's payout is generally released around 48 hours after the service is completed. That's when the payout starts moving — not a promise of the day the money lands in your bank.
There's no withdrawal step
Earnings are sent to your linked bank automatically through Stripe. No wallet to drain, no cash-out button to remember.
Payouts speed up as you build a record
The more clean, completed jobs you finish, the faster your payouts are released.
Disputed bookings are held
If a customer reports a problem with a booking, that payment is held while our team reviews it. We'd rather say so up front than surprise you.

How do I start earning?+
Become a provider in the app: upload a photo ID for review, set your working days, add your first service with photos and your price, and go live. Then connect Stripe so customers can pay you, and take the Service Provider plan.
What does Kingston's charge?+
A 13% platform service fee on completed transactions — you keep 87%. On a $100 service, the fee is $13 and $87 goes to you, before taxes and before any refunds or payment adjustments.
When do I actually get paid?+
Payouts are generally released about 48 hours after the service is completed, and go to your linked bank automatically through Stripe — there's no withdrawal step. That 48 hours is when the payout starts, not a guarantee of when the money arrives. Payouts get faster as you complete more clean jobs.
Do I need experience?+
There's no qualification requirement to start. What you do need is a photo ID that passes our review. If you hold certifications and want customers to see them, you can add them — they appear on your public profile — but they're optional.
What's the Service Provider plan?+
A paid, auto-renewing yearly subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. It unlocks unlimited service bookings, priority customer support and premium features. You'll see the current price in the app before you confirm.
