How do I contact support?+
Email contact@kingstonspet.com, call (336) 549-0948, or use the chat assistant in the corner of any page. A real person on the Raleigh team answers — whether your question is about a booking, your provider shop, a tag or an order.
I need help with a booking in the app+
Message your provider directly in the app first — the chat sits with the booking, so the fastest answer usually comes from them. If something has gone wrong with a completed booking, report it in the app and your payment is held while we review it. For anything else, email us with the booking details.
I'm a provider and need help+
Email contact@kingstonspet.com and say you're a provider. Common things we help with: ID verification, connecting Stripe so you can be paid, payouts, and setting up your services. Payouts are generally released about 48 hours after a job is completed and go to your bank automatically.
How do I check my order or account?+
Log in and visit your account to manage tags and order history. For a specific order question, email contact@kingstonspet.com.
What happens if my pet is found?+
The finder scans the tag's QR code (or enters the code on our Lost & Found page) and instantly sees your pet's info and the contact details you chose to share.
